The last part of this verse amazes me so much.  People often wonder what they should do in life with regards to occupation or profession.  This verse makes it clear that if you delight yourself in the law of God, you can do anything and prosper.  OK.  Perhaps that offends someone.  But I didn’t write it.  God did.  Read it again. It will set you free.

Instead of cowering in fear waiting for God to give you a sign to point which job or which way, why not take Him at His Word? Spend your time delighting yourself in His law.  Take out time to relish His Word instead of biting your nails.  Then move forward boldly with the assurance that whatever you do will prosper.

If you have somehow missed a specific direction, do you think that God is not big enough to correct your path?  Sometimes it would seem that God is simply waiting for our ship to get moving before He provides the direction and steering needed.

Be blessed with a reminder of His sovereignty and blessing upon YOU as His child!
